On August 11–12, our teaching team dedicated two full days to growth, reflection, and preparation for the year ahead. These Teacher In-Service Days were filled with meaningful faith-based training, hands-on workshops, and team collaboration.

Our teachers spent time deepening their understanding of Lutheran teachings, weaving renewed insight into the lessons and values they will share with our students. They explored fresh approaches to classroom management, ensuring every child will thrive in a nurturing, structured environment.

Curriculum planning was a key highlight. Together, our team outlined learning goals, shared creative ideas, and built a strong plan for the months ahead. The room was filled with energy, thoughtful discussions, and plenty of laughter. It showed just how closely our teachers work together as one community.

Time was also set aside for reflection and fellowship, with shared meals and simple moments that renewed their passion for teaching. By the end of these two days, our team felt recharged, united, and ready to welcome students back with open arms.

Thank you to our families for supporting this time of preparation. Your children are returning to classrooms led by teachers who are refreshed, strengthened in faith, and ready to make this school year full of learning and joy.
